Refund & Return Policy
At Jain Exports Global, we have a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We stand behind the quality of all our premium dry fruits and natural products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original tags and packaging — along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@jainexportsglobal.com or call +91 99298 08530 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
We will review your request and, if accepted, send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Send the item to our returns address: 80/387, Patel Marg, Mansarovar, Jaipur – 302020, Rajasthan, India. Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
To speed up the resolution process, please include clear photographs of:
- The damaged or incorrect item
- The original packaging and shipping label
- Any visible damage to the outer packaging
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Due to the nature of our products (premium dry fruits and food products), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
For damaged or defective products, we will arrange a direct replacement free of charge. Please contact us with photographs of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
