Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location zone, as determined by our courier network:
- Local (same city): 1–2 business days
- Regional (same state): 2–3 business days
- Metro to Metro: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–6 business days
- North East, Jammu & Kashmir & remote areas: 6–8 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier availability, weather, and regional logistics conditions at the time of shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for orders below ₹3,000 are determined by our courier network (via Shiprocket) based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, and the distance between our warehouse and your delivery location. Customers in farther zones (such as North East, J&K, or other remote regions) may see a marginally higher shipping fee due to extended logistics routes.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and a Shiprocket tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can track your order in real time using this link, or directly on the assigned courier partner's website.
- Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch as the courier scans the shipment into their network.
- For any tracking issues, please contact our customer support team with your order number.
Delivery Locations
We currently offer shipping pan-India — to all states and union territories across India. Pincode serviceability is checked via our courier network (Shiprocket) at the time of order placement; in rare cases, certain remote pincodes in North East India, Jammu & Kashmir, or hilly regions may have limited courier availability.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you with alternate delivery options.
Packaging
- We take great care in packaging your dry fruits to ensure they arrive safely, securely, and fresh.
- All items are carefully packed using eco-friendly materials.
- Our packaging is designed to maintain the quality and freshness of your premium dry fruits during transit.
Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delivery might occasionally be delayed due to reasons beyond our control, including:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Courier or logistics delays
- Public holidays or regional closures
- High-volume sale periods
If there are any significant delays with your order, you will be notified immediately via email or SMS.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your product arrives damaged or if something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly with either a refund or a replacement.
Please take photographs of the damaged item and packaging when contacting us — this helps us process your claim faster.
Return & Exchange
Due to the nature of our products (premium dry fruits and food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
